Clinical Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) - Full Time

Salary Range : $88,192.00 - $136,697.60

We are excited to invite a dedicated full-time Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal ICU team, working 36 hours per week from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM. This position includes a holiday and weekend rotation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, perform treatments, and document care as per company and regulatory standards.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as directed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and refine individualized Plans of Care for patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
