Job descriptionEnjoy a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere. Access opportunities for learning, mentoring, and career advancement. Partner with clinical educators from each unit. Receive comprehensive orientation to ensure confidence in every unit. Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Current nursing license in Connecticut. Must provide copies of all current clinical competencies upon hire or transfer and throughout employment. Maintain clinical competency required for the assigned area, including BLS certification. A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Basic computer proficiency. Willingness to work at both Manchester Memorial Hospital and Rockville General, a campus of Manchester Memorial Hospital.

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient-centered care. This role not only offers a competitive $5 / hr premium on top of your base pay, plus any applicable shift differentials, but also a chance to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Position Highlights :
- Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality direct and indirect patient care.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, patients, and families to coordinate care.
- Effectively communicate patient clinical conditions and respond promptly to any changes.
- Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles to provide age-appropriate care.
- Promote the nursing profession through collegial support and interactions.
