Pay Info : $20,000 Sign On Bonus Available

Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our long-term care facility provides compassionate and professional nursing care for residents of varying ages. Under the guidance of a registered nurse or physician, you will apply your nursing skills to ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents. This pivotal role requires proficiency in clinical nursing principles and the capability to respond to the physical and psychosocial needs of residents according to their care plans.

You will :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while contributing to the assessment and documentation of resident care.
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team, fostering effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrate the ability to recognize problems and recommend solutions in urgent situations.
• Uphold confidentiality and maintain the dignity of our residents at all times.
• Counsel residents and families under supervision to develop personalized self-care programs.
