Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Beds - 27 Number of Staff - 5-6 RNs / 2-3 LNAs Type of staff : Day Shift - Charge RN, RNs, LNAs, unit Coordinator ( Monday- Friday) Night Shift - Charge RN, RNs , 2-3 LNAs Patient Ratios - 5-6 : 1 Type of equipment - Hoyer, CPM, EMR - Code Cart Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 2 years' experience in Med Surg. in a Hospital Setting Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. 2yrs experience med surg, orthopedics, Bariatrics List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Orthopedic Surgery (Knees, hips, Shoulder, Cervical), bariatrics REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : BLS
