Client is a community hospital featuring 30 inpatient beds.

It offers comprehensive services, including primary and specialty care.

Medical services include cardiology, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, primary care, general surgery, urology, spine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and wound care.

Client serves multiple counties.

Positive working conditions and a positive work culture are emphasized.

Consideration is given to the tenure and experience of staff, as well as schedule options.

The unit features navy scrubs as the required uniform.

Patient ratios are 1 : 5 for day shifts and 1 : 6 for night shifts.

Documentation is managed through a specific system.

The unit is staffed with unit secretaries and patient care technicians during shifts.

Travel staff often return for multiple assignments due to favorable working conditions.
