POSITION SUMMARY :
As a Crew Lead you are responsible for coordinating residential installs of each system efficiently, in a timely and in a quality manner. Good leadership, good communication and documentation skills while working on the roof.
Pay Range from $29 / hr. to $34 / hr. plus install bonuses + benefits + advancement opportunities

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for the supervision of the entire installation projectResponsible for supervising safety on the jobComplete installation on various roof types as well as ground mountsResponsible for supervising quality and efficiency of work performed on siteCommunicating with Roof Lead and Branch Manager on any changes needed to be performedMount racking, modules, and electrical equipmentThoroughly and completely filling out job documentsCollecting data and photos for each jobMake sure the roof top teamwork as a team to improve productivity on getting projects completedDrive Company vehicle to and from jobs safelyResponsible for the truck tools and material inventoryResponsible for supervision of fixing and troubleshooting projectsCleanup of job siteMay perform required travel for extended periods at a timeProvide and maintain a current driver's license and a clean driving record to safely operate a Company vehiclePerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
Education & Certifications :
High School Graduate or GEDExperience :
Must have a minimum of 1+ years of solar experience, including at least 6 months of leading a crew.Must have electrical and roof racking experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities :

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS (Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work.) If required to travel, must have a valid Driver's License / Insurance and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
