OVERVIEW

Join the dedicated team at Yavapai Regional Medical Center - West in Arizona as a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units. This dynamic role requires flexibility to float between PCU, Tele, and Med Surge units, offering diverse clinical experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care across multiple specialties including PCU, Tele, and Med Surg.

Monitor and assess patient conditions, respond to clinical needs, and document accurately.

Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Adapt to floating assignments and support units as needed to meet hospital staffing needs.

WHAT YOU BRING

At least 2 years of recent experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Progressive Care Units (PCU).

Exceptional clinical skills with a strong ability to adapt to various units.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Self-motivated with a commitment to patient safety and quality care.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Additional certifications related to patient safety or specialized care are a plus.

COMPENSATION & PERKS

Weekly taxable pay of $1,895.94

Weekly stipend of $1,256.62
