Enterprise Project Manager - Executive (Business Analyst - CRM Consultant)

Position Title : Enterprise Project Manager - Executive (Business Analyst - CRM Consultant) 8521

Location : Columbia, SC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Duration : 12 months (Extension possible)

Residency Requirement : Candidate must be a South Carolina resident (no relocation allowed).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess business needs, workflows, and customer engagement processes to identify CRM requirements and opportunities for process optimization.
• Design, configure, and implement CRM solutions aligned with agency goals and operational structures.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , training materials, and adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure CRM tools support their operational objectives.
• Monitor CRM system performance, adoption, and ROI; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports for leadership and stakeholders on CRM utilization and outcomes.
• Stay current with CRM trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive system innovation.
• Support vendor selection and evaluation for CRM tools and integrations.
