Accounts Payable Specialist

Description

The Accounts Payable function ensures accurate and timely processing of financial transactions to support operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include :

Invoice Management : Accurately matches and codes invoices against Purchase Orders, Purchase, contracts, and other authorizing documents.

Reconciliations : Performs credit transaction, bank, and account reconciliations with precision.

Timely Processing : Consistently meets deadlines for invoice entry and payment, preventing late charges.

Vendor Relations : Maintains effective communication with vendors and assigned programs to ensure timely receipt of invoices and resolves discrepancies promptly.

Compliance and Safeguarding : Protects center credit cards and verifies authorized usage.

Research and Problem-Solving : Conducts research as needed to resolve issues and support financial accuracy.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Position Details :

Salary : Starts at $ 20.25 / hour and subject to increase based on education and relevant experience.

Location : This position isan in-office position, located by the Orlando International Airport

Qualifications

Education : High school diploma or GED required

Experience : 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience required

Other Requirements : Valid driver's license.
