Job descriptionPrior experience in claims auditing and quality assurance . Audit and review GL claim files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Ensure adherence to legal requirements and Costco’s claims handling standards. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve claims quality. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high standards of claims management. Understand all aspects of GL claims, including litigation and applicable laws, for auditing purposes.

Location : Issaquah, WA
Salary : $100,000
Shift : Hybrid – Onsite at least 3 times per week
Requirements :
- Extensive experience handling General Liability (GL) claims, including Bodily Injury and Premises Liability .
- Strong understanding of laws, litigation processes , and claims best practices.
- Claims auditing experience and ability to identify a quality claim file ( firm requirement ).
- Ideal background :
- Seasoned GL Claims Adjuster
- GL Claims Lead or Supervisor
- No licensing required (role focuses on auditing, not direct claims handling).
