ABOUT THIS JOB
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role involves overseeing hardware, software, networks, and cloud services while providing technical support to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system and network administration, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
We strongly prefer candidates who demonstrate eagerness to learn, grow professionally, and expand their technical expertise. Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience or familiarity in areas such as network hardware, server administration, server and network hardware deployment, virtualization technologies (particularly KVM), containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, and infrastructure deployment automation tools (e.g., Terraform / OpenTofu, Ansible). Additionally, candidates familiar with software development processes, CI / CD methodologies, and monitoring / logging tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Cacti, Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog, or SigNoz are highly desirable.
