Position Summary : Responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to support the division's business plan. Provide direction and recommendations based on factual data relating to products, advertising, markets, pricing, strategic planning, acquisitions, etc. Broad responsibility and leadership for all division marketing, sales and customer service functions. Supervises division sales and marketing team.
Responsibilities :
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in business or engineering is required. MBA is preferred. Seven to 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical field requiring frequent customer interaction; 3 to 5 years of the above experience in supervision of professional sales and marketing team members. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and written / verbal communication skills. Strong leadership and team building skills.
