This position will begin in April 2026 when we reopen for the season.
The Shift Lead works directly with the managers to ensure the daily tasks are completed and team members are fully prepared for their shifts. A shift lead is the acting manager when a manager is not present. Shift leads are responsible for having absolute knowledge of the menu and assist Team Members throughout their shift. They are encouraged to help the managers with all small tasks, such as helping with urgent ordering, assisting with inventory, and maintaining Toastique’s quality and standards.
