Join our Internal Float Pool and make a difference every day.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. You will engage in a collaborative approach with patients and families, continuously assessing and adapting the plan of care to meet their needs.
Your role includes anticipating significant changes in patients’ conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team, and implementing strategies to enhance patient safety and learning. You will be integral in the discharge planning process and involved in quality improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of safety and promoting respectful interactions.
Licenses & Certifications
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
Degrees
Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing program.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to provide holistic patient care. Ability to adapt to changing situations with confidence and timeliness while fostering collaboration within the care team.
