Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,113 per week in Salem, MA

Job Title : RN Telemetry I Profession : RN Telemetry I Specialty : RN Telemetry I Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night Shift Hours per Shift : 12 hours (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM) Experience : Minimum 2 years experience License : Current RN License Certifications : BLS, ACLS preferred Must-Have : - Ability to interpret telemetry strips - Med / Surg RN with neuro assessment skills Description : This position requires a Med / Surg Telemetry RN for night shifts and every other weekend. Candidates must possess the ability to read telemetry strips. The unit consists of a 32-bed orthopedic and neuro Med / Surg unit that accepts all medical overflow. Travelers may be asked to float to applicable units as needed. Rotation between shifts is required for day rotators but night positions do not rotate. The nurse to patient ratio is 1 : 5 to 1 : 6 during night shifts. Patients include scheduled elective orthopedic and neuro / surgical patients, fractures, and other medical overflow cases. The electronic medical record and charting system used is EPIC.
