Position Overview
The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes meet quality standards and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvementDesign and implement process enhancements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologiesConduct root cause analysis to resolve production issuesCollaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth process executionDevelop and maintain documentation for process workflows and quality standardsTrain and mentor staff on process improvements and best practicesMonitor process performance and recommend adjustments as necessaryQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Preferred)Proven experience in process engineering, preferably in plastics or injection moldingStrong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principlesExperience with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniquesDemonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement initiativesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsProficiency in process simulation software and data analysis toolsBenefits
