Location : This role requires an on-site presence 4 days a week. We are open to candidates that will work in our Overland Park or Dallas location.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft customer and vendor contracts
• Prepare and review business-related agreements, including loans, acquisitions, equity raises, construction, and real estate
• Provide legal support for compliance, reporting, and litigation matters
• Advise on IT-related legal issues, including data security and privacy compliance
• Ensure adherence to domestic and international privacy laws
• Manage collections and bankruptcy filings
