PMO / Business Analyst

Our client, a leading Management & Strategy Consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Consultant (PMO / Business Analyst) to support a large-scale, multi-year Back and Middle Office transformation initiative for a premier global investment bank. This role is onsite in the Greater Philadelphia area (West Conshohocken) and requires strong PMO, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills within the investment management domain.

Requirements and Qualifications :

• Act as a PMO / BA lead supporting operational workstreams within a complex transformation program
• Document current state processes, data flows, and technology architecture
• Collaborate closely with business-side PMOs and operational leads to ensure alignment across initiatives
• Create high-impact presentation materials and dashboards to support executive decision-making
• Manage meeting logistics, action items, and cross-team communication
• Contribute to project planning, tracking, and governance documentation
• Drive clarity and structure in ambiguous environments and manage multiple priorities effectively
• 5-10 years of experience in a PMO and / or Business Analyst role
• Prior exposure to private fund investing, ideally with fund of funds experience
• Strong experience in documentation, stakeholder communication, and project coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations and engage with diverse teams
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
