Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (12-hour night shifts)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1530 - $1640

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active and unencumbered RN license (Tennessee or compact state)

Minimum 1 year of recent oncology nursing experience or acute care RN experience

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment

Oncology RN Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients

Administer chemotherapy and other cancer treatments as prescribed

Monitor patient progress, recognize changes in condition, and respond promptly

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans

Educate patients and families about oncology treatment plans, side effects, and symptom management

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety
