• 25% general, 25% complex orthopedic, 15% neuro, 10% complex vascular, 10% OB, 5% thoracic cases
• Inpatient hospital setting
• No call responsibilities
• Coverage needed due to facility growth and additional operating rooms
• General, orthopedic, and regional anesthesia procedures required
• Need will likely extend through 2026
• 500-case log requirement over last 12 months
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
