Blueprint Staffing is one of the fastest-growing staffing teams in DFW, specializing in construction and light industrial placements. This role is all about energy, connection, and presence. You’ll be out in the field every day visiting jobsites across DFW, introducing our company, meeting project managers and crews, and building relationships that turn into long-term partnerships. Over time, your consistency and professionalism earn you trust on the jobsite, and you become the person they rely on when they need workers.

You’ll also be the key link between our clients and our recruiting team. By understanding each job’s needs and pain points, you help us match the right workers to the right projects, ensuring clients get exactly what they need when they need it. It’s a hands-on role where you get to make things happen, solve problems quickly, and help keep DFW construction projects moving.

Requirements

• Experience in staffing, construction, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required; we are looking for someone with drive, confidence, and the desire to learn
• Must enjoy being out in the field; this role requires visiting jobsites 5 days a week and completing a minimum of 25 jobsite visits per day
• Must be consistent and reliable with activity; daily visit logs are required to be submitted to management for accountability and planning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly relay client needs, challenges, and feedback to our internal team
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own schedule and workload
• Valid driver’s license and confidence navigating jobsite locations across the DFW area
• Hungry to grow into a long-term business development career with a team that is expanding quickly and values initiative
