Job descriptionMaster's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or eligible for licensure Experience in outpatient, clinic-based, or community mental health settings preferred Strong therapeutic skills (e.g. CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Continuing education support Liability / malpractice insurance Flexible scheduling / telehealth hybrid options (if applicable)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct individual adult and couples therapy
- Perform intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning
- Monitor and document client progress, maintain clinical records and compliance
- Participate in clinical supervision and continuing education
- Engage in outreach or community liaison activities
