Join our dynamic Rheumatology outpatient practice as a dedicated LPN, where you'll be part of a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled LPN to enhance our patient services and clinical functions under the guidance of our healthcare professionals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Obtain and accurately record patient vital signs.
- Document comprehensive patient histories.
- Maintain open and appropriate communication with patients, visitors, and staff.
- Assist with in-office procedures under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.
- Perform diagnostic CLIA waived testing.
- Conduct venipuncture for lab testing.
- Carry out prescription call-backs in accordance with your scope of practice.
- Prepare patient charts with relevant clinical information.
- Manage inventory and ensure examination rooms are well-stocked.
- Uphold regulatory compliance in all aspects of your practice.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse with state licensure required upon hire.Previous experience in a patient care setting preferred.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Ability to effectively present information and respond to queries from physicians, patients, and families.Physical Demands :
Constantly standing and walking.Occasionally sitting.Frequently lifting, carrying, handling, grasping, and feeling.Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crawling.Constantly talking and hearing for effective interaction.Regular eye / hand / foot coordination.Working Conditions :
