Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Clerk to support warehouse operations for a major manufacturer in Northwest Houston. This role is ideal for someone with a background in inventory management, material handling, and order fulfillment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting cross-departmental material requests. This is a hands-on, full-time position with long-term potential.

Responsibilities

  • Stock inventory from received goods and returned materials
  • Pick materials for all jobs and customer orders
  • Respond to internal material pull requests across departments
  • Maintain organized inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles
  • Ensure accuracy in inventory counts and data entries
  • Follow ISO-9001 and applicable quality procedures

    • Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of inventory experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Proficient in reading pick lists, BOMs, job orders, and inventory reports
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and best practices
