Job descriptionPerform Collections on outstanding accounts and maintain accurate records. Respond to and manage incoming phone calls and emails related to Collections. Handle disputes professionally and work toward resolution. Process cash applications and reconcile accounts. Support AR finance functions, including reporting and follow-up on overdue accounts. Prepare and analyze data using pivot tables for reporting purposes. Proven experience in Collections within a corporate or real estate environment. Familiarity with ERP systems; Yardi strongly preferred. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables. Real estate industry background is a plus.
