Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages the overall infrastructure operations environment including system uptime maintenance windows and disaster recovery support.

• Direct daily NOC / SOC operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with availability incident and change management processes.
• Coordinate with System Network and Storage Engineers for proactive remediation.
• Maintain configuration documentation and monitoring dashboards.
