Position Overview :

Facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Radiologist to provide locum coverage. The position requires a full-time commitment with 7-day coverage stretches. The role includes daytime shifts on campus and home call overnight, with weekend home calls. The physician will handle a variety of procedures, excluding neuro IR.

Responsibilities :

• Day Shifts : 8 AM - 5 PM on-campus, Monday to Friday
• Night Call : Home call overnight after 5 PM; may require coming in for emergent cases
• Weekend Call : Home call; can expect to perform some cases
• Average Procedures per Day : 10-15
• Required Procedures : Venous access, biopsies, TIPS, trauma, DVT / PE work (excluding neuro IR)
• Support Staff : 3 IR MDs, 2 APPs, US and CT procedure rooms, 2 angio suites
• EMR : Cerner
