Commercial Construction Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Project Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for projects, working with the pre-construction team, analyzing project costs, and providing guidance to ensure that projects stay on budget. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of construction industry standards.

• Develop and maintain project budgets.
• Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate project proposals and provide feedback to stakeholders.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $85,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
