Psychiatry Opportunities – Inpatient & Outpatient - Greater Phoenix Area

District Medical Group (DMG), a not-for-profit multispecialty group serving the Phoenix metropolitan area, is actively recruiting Board Certified / Eligible Psychiatrists for five full-time faculty positions . With a longstanding commitment to academic excellence and community health, DMG offers opportunities to join a robust behavioral health team with teaching, committee, and research engagement.

Position Details :

• Inpatient Psychiatry (4 Openings)
• Locations : Maryvale or Mesa
• Monday-Friday schedule; capped caseload of 10 patients
• Three-week average length of stay
• Workload completed daily - flexible end times
• Most patients are adult, court-ordered evaluation or treatment
• Resident call coverage with approx. one night / month backup rotation
• Outpatient Psychiatry (1 Opening)
• Location : Mesa Specialty Center
• New Outpatient Clinic Space
• Schedule : Choice of 4x10 or 5x8-hour days
• Panel size ~300 adults; 1-hour evaluations, 30-minute follow-ups
• Minimal on-call; after-hours coverage paid as moonlighting, (Rare / Minimal Call)
• Large team for support (Case Managers, Clinical Coordinator, Peer Support, Nurse, MA, Employment Specialist, Administrative, Night Coverage etc.)
• Wide Case variety
