Type of Opportunity : Full Time (0.9 FTE / 36 hours per week)

Work Schedule : 12 Hour Nights

Responsibilities :

Patient Monitoring : Continuously assess and monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.

Medication Administration : Deliver medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV therapy and sedation.

Emergency Response : Act swiftly in life-saving situations such as cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, or shock.

Diagnostic Support : Assist with and interpret diagnostic tests like blood work, imaging, and EKGs.

Medical Equipment Operation : Manage ventilators, infusion pumps, and other critical care devices.

Documentation : Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.

Collaboration : Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

Family Support : Provide emotional support and education to patients’ families about conditions and treatments.

Infection Control : Follow strict protocols to prevent the spread of infection in the ICU environment.
