Clinical Compliance Specialist

DonorConnect is seeking a full-time Clinical Compliance Specialist . The Clinical Compliance Specialist (CCS) plays a critical role in monitoring organizational adherence to all regulatory standards for donor evaluation, management, and procurement. The CCS collaborates with other members of the Quality Services team and organizational leadership to support the compliance program through continuous improvement methods. This position upholds quality assurance initiatives with focus on departmental strategic objectives, regulatory compliance, and DonorConnect policy and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Training / Education / Certification :

• Prior experience in an organ procurement organization (OPO), transplant center, or healthcare organization
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, health sciences, or public health required and / or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Currently holds or completes within the first year of employment certification in AHQ / CPHQ, CHC, or Six Sigma Green Belt
