Residential Construction Estimator

Greenland Homes, a division of Absolute Group, is an employee-owned residential home builder in the Des Moines area looking to bring on a full-time Construction Estimator.  As one of the area's largest builders we look forward to the addition of a talented member of our business family.   Principal Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain fluid cost lists for various house plans Revise plan and option pricing due to changing circumstances or development requirements Input cost and product specific information into builders' software system Schedule purchasing of some products to ensure availability Ensure invoice accuracy Coordinate with inside staff on costs, questions, product information being input into builder software.
• Maintain current vendor relationships while cultivating positive and productive new ones Communicate with outside staff for plan pricing and product modifications.
