What will I do as an RN?

As an RN you will support residents by providing hands-on nursing care, administering medications and performing nursing treatments. RNs are members of a self-directed team and are responsible for providing exceptional care, supporting leisure, maintaining a safe and clean home, and providing meal and laundry support for those who live in the home. As a nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring residents are living according to their desires.
