A&D Mortgage is looking for an experienced Press Officer- someone who understands how modern media works, thrives under pressure, and sees every piece of communication as a strategic opportunity. We're not looking for "just another PR specialist." We're looking for someone with intellect and character- someone who knows how to work with words, reputation, and senior executives with respect, insight, and awareness of the impact of every message.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and industry outlets
  • Write, edit, and place comments, articles, and op-eds on behalf of the company and its executives
  • Create media pitches and develop story angles that resonate
  • Organize press events - both online and offline
  • Handle crisis communications swiftly and professionally
  • Be a confident public voice of A&D Mortgage
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support their public presence
  • Work with clear goals in mind - you understand whyeach task matters and how to measure its impact(reach, mentions, sentiment, brand lift, etc.)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in PR, journalism, or a related field (portfolio preferred)
  • Strong understanding of both digital and traditional media
  • Experience in crisis communication - you stay composed when things get tough
  • Excellent writing skills and editorial judgment
  • Comfortable working with C-level executives and earning their trust
  • Results-driven mindset - your work drives impact, not just activity
  • Fluent English,Spanish is a plus.
