CDL-A Regional Flatbed Driver Job - Belvidere, New Jersey

Regional Class A CDL Flatbed Truck Drivers

  • EMPLOYEE OWNERSHIP : means you build wealth and have stock in the company. This is in addition to pay. Drivers who have been in the plan since ESOP began in 2013 had an average account value of $107,815 by the end of 2021.

EXPERIENCED DRIVER BENEFITS :

  • $100,000+ for experienced drivers

    • Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus

  • Experienced drivers get $1,000 orientation pay

    • INEXPERIENCED DRIVER / RECENT GRADUATE BENEFITS :

  • New drivers are earning up to $100,000 per year
  • Paid orientation and training
  • Orientation & Training :
  • Week 1 (Mon-Sun) : combination of classroom instruction and hands-on load securement training.
  • Week 2 (Mon-Sun) : equipment familiarization and learn how to complete a thorough DOT Pre-Trip Inspection along with backing and driving instruction.
  • Remainder of Training (Mon-Fri) go out with a driver trainer for experience on the road driving!
  • Home time is important to us, so we try our best to pair you with a trainer that lives within 150 miles of your home so you can enjoy your weekends with friends or family.
