Job Title : Restoration Project Manager – Insurance Loss Construction

Location : Scottsdale, AZ (serving Phoenix Metropolitan Area)

• About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restoration Project Manager to oversee

active reconstruction projects resulting from insurance-related property losses. This position

is not an estimating role. Instead, it focuses on ensuring successful job execution,

maintaining schedules, managing subcontractors, and confirming that materials and

resources are in place for each phase of the job.

Oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from post-estimate approval

through completion.

Ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget, proactively resolving delays or cost

issues.

Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, technicians, and clients.

Confirm delivery and use of appropriate materials and labor at each phase.

Monitor and document progress using digital tools (Monday.com, job photo uploads,

progress reports).

Conduct quality assurance checks and punch walks before closeout.

Work closely with internal teams and insurance carriers to meet program requirements and

customer expectations.

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of experience supervising construction or restoration jobs (insurance

restoration highly preferred).

Strong understanding of reconstruction sequencing, TPA processes, and job costing.

Proven ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and in-house field staff.

Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems (experience with

Monday.com a plus).

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel within Phoenix Metro area required).
