Trumen Physicians + Associates is contracting with an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide post-acute care services in Brenham, TX  on weekends. This flexible independent-contractor opportunity allows you to work any two full weekends (Saturday & Sunday) per month, delivering in-person care to patients in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities.

Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license

Minimum 1 year of experience as an NP (post-acute / SNF / geriatric preferred)

Reliable transportation to Brenham, TX
