Information Security Engineer

A company is looking for an Information Security Engineer to analyze security vulnerabilities and enhance enterprise security operations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze outputs from security scanning tools to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies

Provide expert guidance on software and hardware support tools to improve overall security posture

Conduct strategic systems planning and collaborate with the ISSO to document weaknesses and drive security improvements

Required Qualifications

10 years of experience in information security or engineering, with a bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field

Proven ability to administer cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud

Hands-on experience with security tools such as Tenable.io, Nexus IQ Server, and Splunk Enterprise

Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and the NIST SP 800-37 Risk Management Framework

Must be a US Citizen and have or be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
