Signia by Hilton La Cantera is looking for a Spa Reservations Supervisor to join their team!
Nestled high above the rolling hills and live oaks of the Texas Hill Country Signia by Hilton La Cantera offers a serene resort experience featuring over 140000 sq. ft. of event space a luxury spa outdoor pools a kids camp and an 18-hole championship golf course. Guests can savor bold flavors across four restaurants and five bars with convenient access to premier shopping dining Six Flags and the San Antonio Airport.
The ideal candidate holds 2 years of leadership experience in a customer service environment with the ability to lead train and support teams in a fast-paced environment where organization communication and a personable demeanor are key!
As the Loma De Vida Spa Reservation Supervisor you will be expected to :
Reservation & Guest Service Management
- Oversee all incoming spa calls emails online inquiries and booking requests to ensure timely and professional responses.
- Monitor reservation accuracy treatment availability and scheduling to maximize therapist utilization and revenue.
- Handle complex guest requests complaints or scheduling conflicts providing solutions that prioritize guest satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of spa services promotions pricing and policies.
Team Leadership & Training
Operational Support
Sales & Revenue Optimization
Identify opportunities to increase revenue through enhanced reservation operations.
