This position provides initial new hire training, ongoing training, mentoring, and improvement coaching for all new and existing employees within Local Marketing. The secondary function is to maximize tour production as a supportive manager by booking tours, assisting the staff with tour production, and managing a team as needed. This position will also assist in the opening of new sites.
