About this role :

As a Physician in our Pediatric group, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

This position includes a $ 3 0,000 starting bonus, and up to $2 0,000 towards eligible household relocation assistance

You will practice atBudge Clinic () with affiliation at Logan Regional Hospital in Logan, Utah

Your hours will work in clinic 4 x 10hr Days per week

You will be on call for 1 week every 7th week (1 : 7)

What you'll bring :

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

Residency training in Pediatric Medicine

Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline

Active, unobstructed Utahmedical license, or the ability to obtain one

Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

BLS, PALS, NRP Certifications are required

Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
