HomePro, Texas' leader in home entertainment, media tech, and automation, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a High Volt Dispatcher. If you excel in managing high voltage dispatch operations and are passionate about maintaining electrical safety standards, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities of a High Volt Dispatcher

Coordinate and dispatch high voltage technicians to various job sites

Ensure all dispatched resources meet safety and regulatory compliance

Monitor and manage field operations to maintain high-quality service delivery

Maintain accurate records and logs of dispatched activities

Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients

Provide ongoing support and guidance to field technicians

Additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Who We Are Seeking

Strong background in high voltage dispatching with at least 3 years of experience

In-depth knowledge of high voltage systems and safety protocols

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively

Computer proficiency with a familiarity in dispatch software

A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork

Educational Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus

Minimum of 3 years in a dispatch or related role

Experience in the home automation or electrical services industry is advantageous
