Unit Overview :
Be part of our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , providing care to a diverse and complex patient population, including :
Post-operative craniotomies, including bleed evacuation and tumor resections.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Patients with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program.High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients alongside medical overflow cases.Our unit utilizes the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) framework, exposing you to the latest neurosurgical techniques and care practices.
Your Responsibilities :
Deliver and coordinate patient care using evidence-based nursing processes.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care.Apply critical thinking and communication skills for optimal patient outcomes.Support a positive patient experience throughout their care journey.Why Choose Us?

Registered Nurse license in the relevant state.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Education and Experience :
