JOB TITLE : Campus Testing Coordinator

PRIMARY PURPOSE :

The primary responsibility for the Campus Testing Coordinator (CTC) duties are to coordinate all activities as it relates to the State of Texas Assessment Program. This includes but is not limited to STAAR 3-5, STAAR Alternate 2, TELPAS, TELPAS Alternate, Field Test, and NAEP.

QUALIFICATIONS : Required :

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college / university
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate
• Three (3) years of current successful teaching experience

WORKING CONDITIONS :

The usual and customary methods of performing this job require the following physical demands : physical mobility, standing, prolonged sitting, stooping, bending, reaching, repetitive hand motions; prolonged use of a computer, some lifting, carrying, pushing, and / or pulling. Move small stacks of textbooks, media equipment, desks, and other classroom or adaptive equipment. Maintain emotional control under stress

Duties performed require considerable initiative and tact. The position requires leadership qualities such as : adaptability, flexibility, dependability and accountability. Maintain confidential information and frequent contact with all levels within and outside of the district.
