Job Summary :

Provide medical services and contribute to the design and delivery of high quality, cost effective, values- based patient care for our patients

Essential Functions :

ASSESSMENT

• Obtain a comprehensive general health history.
• Provides OB / GYN medical services within the scope of licensure, credentialing and current standard of care that may impact health care and health outcomes.
• Screen for health risks and health promotion needs.
• Perform a comprehensive physical examination.
• Obtain a problem-focused health history.
• Perform a problem-focused physical examination.
• Identify deviations from normal findings in history and physical examination.
• Order or perform screening and diagnostic tests based on findings from history and physical examination.
