Coverage area : Travel is required. Primarily Washington County

Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Hospice of the Midwest is seeking a compassionate grounded and spiritually-sensitive Chaplain in Woodbury MN. Our Chaplains provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and families during end-of-life care. This role is an integral part of our interdisciplinary team offering a nonjudgmental presence and care that honors the beliefs values and cultural backgrounds of those we serve.
