How you'll contribute

A Physical Therapist (PT) who excels in this role :

• Conducts physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provides direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Documents treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborates with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Additional requirements include :

Experience in inpatient rehab preferred

Current PT License

CPR Certification required
