• ACLS training required within 90 days (must be completed prior to completion of orientation)
• NIH Stroke Scale within 90 days of hire or transfer (must be completed prior to completion of orientation) EKG FIT Test BLS KY or Compact state RN License 5 years' Experience Preferred :
