Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure and operational technology (OT) systems to ensure continuous production operations.
• Oversee cybersecurity initiatives to protect proprietary data intellectual property and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Lead the planning implementation and support of enterprise applications such as ERP MES and WMS relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Ensure high availability and performance of network infrastructure servers and endpoints across office and production environments.
• Develop and manage the IT budget ensuring cost-effective technology solutions that support manufacturing efficiency and growth.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for critical manufacturing software and hardware.
• Provide technical leadership and support to resolve complex IT issues impacting production ensuring minimal downtime.
