The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is a leading group of over 1,800 physicians in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., exclusively caring for Kaiser Permanente patients. We invite applications for a specialist in medical Dermatology at our Reston medical center.

Our medical group comprises of board-certified physicians across 60+ specialties. MAPMG physicians use a comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) to coordinate care. MAPMG researchers and staff support innovative ideas, ensuring quality care, educational programming, and advancing best practices through research.

What You Can Expect :

• This position can range from a 0.8FTE to 1.0FTE, which is the equivalent of 32-40 hours per week and is reflected in the salary listed below
• Provide general dermatology care, in person and virtually, with support from a regional Mohs clinic, in a collegial atmosphere alongside excellent specialists / RNs / other staff and with integrated medical records
• Provide narrowband UVB and broadband UVA phototherapy and robust home phototherapy, supported by our nurses and clinical pharmacists.
• Robust teledermatology program allows you to work from home a few days a month
• Clinical pharmacy-assisted methotrexate service
• Set daily patient schedule
• Collaboration within a large multi-specialty setting with all physicians easily accessible
• New flexible templates available

The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $380,000 to $475,000 which considers an applicants skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.

Effective July 1, 2026, the starting annual salary for this position will increase to $400,000 to $500,000 based on FTE.
